I enjoy creating seascapes with lighthouses with this being my third. I would love to be in one of the sail boats with the warm breeze off the water in my face. The lighthouse was made primarily from white poplar and banana leaves. Additional botanicals include hydrangea for the sky, delphinium for the water, lily of the valley, banana skin, grass seed, beehive and miscellaneous leaves. The art was vacuum sealed between a layer of mylar and glass and was topped with a layer of 99% UV conservation glass over the mat for added protection.
