I was blessed to meet a wonderful couple at an art show who invited me to harvest leaves from their trees on Seneca Lake. For me, it was like Christmas as I saw the wonderful variety – most of which I had never pressed before. How exciting it was to be asked to create a wreath using their leaves. Botanicals included Japanese maple, ginkgo, fern, cosmos, biden, lobelia and a Queen Anne’s lace bow.
